HAPPY NEW YEAR!

A glance at the calendar shows that the old year is coming to an end and a new year is beginning. After Christmas with its cosy moments, we celebrate the New Year with sparkling wine, streamers and colourful fireworks. We exchange lucky charms and wish each other a happy new year. Greeting the New Year joyfully and solemnly is a beautiful tradition, and it reminds us to trust in the magic of a new beginning. Herman Hesse put it aptly: “Every beginning has a magic that protects us and helps us to live.”

So many difficulties and challenges characterize our time – especially the turn of the year is an opportunity to be thankful and to refocus on the good. Perhaps it is not the big New Year's resolutions that it requires, but only a positive attitude, openness and attention to our fellow human beings as well as the many small joys in our daily lives – and life shows itself in all its beautiful facets. We can look forward to the new year, with all its opportunities and possibilities, because it is ourselves who can help shape our environment and change a bit for the better.

We at Berger Feinste Confiserie have always been inspired by the beauty and fullness of life. This is how we have been creating pleasure in a variety of forms for years: our creations capture the delicious aromas and flavours of this world and envelop them with the finest chocolate. We like to surprise our customers with original combinations, such as the sparkling sherbet, which combines with soft melting milk chocolate and nougat. Our chocolate bar Organic Milk Chocolate Sherbet as well as our Nougat Delices with sherbet bring the New Year's Eve fireworks to the tongue.
