Our chocolatiers are always on the lookout for exciting flavor components that combine with soft melting chocolate to create a tempting interplay. Especially the spring season offers an abundance of scents and aromas – be it the juicy herbs on the mountain slopes, the blooming wildflowers on the meadow or the germinating shoots on trees and shrubs. Our spring collection includes a floral, fine-sour variety of flavors, which finds expression in noble chocolate creations: In addition to the new chocolate bar varieties Organic Milk Elder Blossom, our chocolates range includes the unique varieties Organic Milk Chocolate Aronia, Organic White Chocolate Elder Blossom, Organic Milk Chocolate Salt Caramel and Organic White Chocolate Raspberry Basil.

If you take a closer look at our collection, you will notice that, in addition to the exciting palette of flavors, it also offers optical novelties: not only is there a new shape among our chocolates, but also the small sweet works impress with an unprecedented color scheme. Soft pastel tones resulting from organic colors based on cocoa butter underline the delicate taste of our creations. In addition, we offer our spring-like selection of chocolates in an ornate packaging that gives you a glimpse of the inside of the box through its viewing window.

Spring fascinates us with its vividness and bright colors and its mysterious power, which miraculously brings the nature back to life. With our exquisite new varieties, we tune in to the time of year and do not miss out on two important events of these days: For Mother's Day as well as Father's Day, our collection offers many charming gift ideas.

What does a chocolate factory have in common with freelancers, painters and artists? 

It is the imagination and the wealth of ideas, the search for creative forms of expression and the love of craft that unites us at Berger Feinste Confiserie with the world of art. Driven by the conviction that mutual exchange provides inspiration and enrichment, resulting in unique and extraordinary works, we like to work together with artists from different industries. 

We are proud to present unique chocolate bars, created in cooperation with the design studio JFK, in our small yet exciting winter collection. The Salzburg-based and multidisciplinary artist Julia Franziska Keser is known for her versatility: in addition to painting, she dedicates herself to pattern design, creates sculptures and initiates interactive art projects.

She gave our organic milk chocolate bar the cheeky inscription “Bussi Bussi” and the organic dark chocolate bar the beautiful slogan “Love is the only super power we have”. Thus, our chocolate becomes a cheeky ambassador that fits perfectly with Valentine's Day.

Art meets chocolate – our exclusive chocolate bars combine pleasure and aesthetics in a successful way.  In addition to the trendy bars, our stores also have a selection from the annual collection, including gift ideas for the birthday as well as the exquisite bar varieties Organic Dark Chocolate with Caramel Salt, Organic Milk Chocolate Blueberry filled and Organic White Marc de Champagne Rose filled. This makes the shopping experience enjoyable as ever and a sensory experience on all levels.
